Flyway secures $10m in seed and debt funding from Signal Ventures and others to acquire initial London properties
The round features participation from Signal Ventures, Monday Capital, and GroupRMC.
Flyway is a proptech company that offers fully managed second home co-ownership and digital tools for urban buyers. It targets the international second homes market in major cities.
Flyway has secured $10m in seed and debt funding from institutional backers, angel investors, and lenders including Signal Ventures, Monday Capital, and GroupRMC. The capital will support the acquisition and sale of the company's first properties in London. Co-founded by CEO Nikos Drandakis, the proptech firm provides fully managed co-ownership solutions for urban second homes.
The business combines a digital marketplace for buying and selling property shares with professional management services and scheduling technology. Owners can manage stays, expenses, and home maintenance through the Flyway app while paying a monthly fee for upkeep. The latest injection of capital allows the company to expand its property portfolio and further develop its co-ownership model.
