Flyp Homes has secured £5m in a seed round led by Outward VC, with participation from angel and family office investors. The company provides a technology-driven platform that manages property assessments, financed renovations, and multi-agent sales marketplaces.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the company's product and technology solutions, grow its 30-strong team, and extend its services beyond London to homeowners across the UK.
