Flynotes secures Pre-Series A funding co-led by Maven and Catapult to drive product development and expansion.

Digital healthcare consent platform Flynotes has secured a Pre-Series A funding round co-led by Maven Capital Partners through the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund and Catapult Ventures via the Greater Manchester and Cheshire Life Sciences Fund. The investment will support the company as it advances product development and expands its sales team to target new international territories.

The platform addresses longstanding inefficiencies in medical and dental consent by replacing paper documents with a digital interface that maintains a compliant audit trail. Alongside the institutional backers, angel investors also participated in the round. The business has additionally secured a commercial partnership with medical and dental supply distributor Henry Schein.

Maven and Catapult are joined by existing shareholders in backing the business during this phase of growth. The funding arrives as demand increases for low-touch digital solutions across clinical settings.
