Ada Ventures led the seed financing for the workplace transparency platform, with participation from Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund and HERmesa.
Flexa operates a transparent hiring platform that vets and verifies flexible working policies for job seekers. The company enables organisations to showcase their working environments and helps candidates discover verified roles.
Flexa has secured £2.3m in a seed financing round led by Ada Ventures to drive its international expansion. The investment also drew participation from the Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund, angel syndicate HERmesa, and various individual angel investors.
Founded in 2020, the company verifies corporate working policies through a two-stage benchmarking process to offer job seekers clear insights into workplace flexibility. Its platform currently serves over 450,000 users across 70 countries and features more than 150 certified employers.
The fresh capital will be deployed to scale the company's global footprint and build out its network of verified flexible organisations.
