The funding round was led by 24 Haymarket with participation from Innovate UK.
Feebris develops machine learning algorithms to detect respiratory conditions and facilitate remote patient monitoring. The company builds software designed to pair with existing medical sensors for community healthcare applications.
London healthtech startup Feebris has secured £1.1m in a seed funding round led by 24 Haymarket, alongside a grant from Innovate UK. The capital will support the ongoing development of the company platform, which combines machine learning with medical sensors for community health monitoring.
Founded in 2017, the firm develops tools aimed at assisting frontline care workers with early diagnosis of respiratory illnesses. The fresh injection of funds will aid the organisation as it expands trials and operational reach across international markets.
From the founder
"I was shocked that despite being a treatable condition, pneumonia kills one million children under-five every year – more than HIV, malaria, and TB combined. When I realised these deaths can be avoided through early diagnosis, I became obsessed with finding a way to solve the problem."

Investor perspective
"Feebris’s cutting-edge AI-platform has the potential to solve one of the most pressing problems in our healthcare systems and provide immense value to patients and physicians alike. This is an exciting time for Feebris; and 24Haymarket are pleased to be supporting them as they build on their early engagement with healthcare providers."
