AlbionVC led the £18.3m Series A round, which will fund expansion across new treatment areas and clinical capabilities.
Evaro operates an NHS-licensed digital healthcare platform that supplies embeddable prescription and pharmacy infrastructure for consumer brands. The company enables partners to offer regulated medical services directly through their existing customer journeys.
Norwich-based digital health platform Evaro has secured £18.3m in a Series A financing round led by AlbionVC. The investment drew participation from Simplyhealth Ventures, Exceptional Ventures, Cornerstone VC, and BBI.
Funds will be directed towards scaling the healthcare-as-a-service model across consumer brands, healthcare providers, and employers, alongside expanding clinical capabilities and treatment areas including women's health, men's health, and longevity medicine.
The raise follows a period of heightened strain on primary care services, with the platform offering an infrastructure designed to alleviate pressure on the NHS by facilitating regulated asynchronous consultations, remote diagnostics, and prescribing within trusted brand environments.
From the founder
"Patients now expect the same convenience from healthcare that they get from banking or shopping—instant, mobile, on their terms. The technology exists to deliver this for minor conditions, but our system is still stuck requiring appointments, phone calls, physical visits – with no capacity for smart aftercare. We want to solve this, and scale the infrastructure that matches how people actually want to access care in 2026."
