London-based due diligence platform Eunice has secured £6m in a funding round combining seed and pre-seed capital. The investment was led jointly by Moonfire Ventures and Speedinvest, with additional backing from Openspace Ventures and a group of prominent angel investors including industry founders.
The capital will be directed towards enhancing the company's core agent capabilities, broadening its coverage across private markets, and scaling its commercial operations. Eunice currently supplies due diligence and disclosure infrastructure to major digital asset firms and is expanding its reach into wider alternative asset classes.
The financing arrives as alternative markets experience growing pressure from regulators and investors to adopt more rigorous and transparent governance standards. Eunice aims to replace manual workflows with auditable frameworks designed to support professional decision-making.
