Enviromena raises £825m from lenders including NatWest and Lloyds to build UK solar farms.
NatWest and Lloyds have backed a financing package designed to accelerate the delivery of a 1GW solar pipeline.
Enviromena is a clean energy provider that develops, constructs and operates solar and battery storage assets across the UK and Europe.
Enviromena has secured an £825m senior portfolio financing package, backed by a syndicate of major banks including Lloyds and NatWest, to support the rollout of a 1GW solar pipeline in the UK.
The transaction comprises an initial £525m commitment alongside a £300m uncommitted accordion facility, allowing the clean energy producer to draw down further capital as construction milestones are met.
The financing underscores growing lender confidence in British renewable energy infrastructure as demand for domestic solar capacity and long-term energy security continues to rise.
