Elucidat operates an e-learning authoring platform that helps large enterprises produce digital learning content. The Brighton-based business serves an international clientele including Tesco and Decathlon.

Elucidat has secured £3.5m in a Series A funding round led by YFM Equity Partners.

The capital will be directed towards product development and expanding the company team. Specifically, the funds will support faster authoring methods, enhanced data insights, and infrastructure scaling.

YFM Equity Partners backed the firm due to its strong growth and international customer base. The investment aims to accelerate the company vision for digital learning.
