Elliptic raises £43.7m in Series C funding led by Evolution Equity Partners to expand its team and global network.
Evolution Equity Partners led the Series C financing round, with backing from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and existing investors.
Elliptic provides cryptoasset risk management and blockchain analytics solutions for financial institutions, fintechs and regulatory authorities. The company helps the digital asset ecosystem operate securely by offering compliance and investigative tools.
Elliptic has secured £43.7m in a Series C funding round led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 alongside returning backers including AlbionVC, Digital Currency Group and Wells Fargo Strategic Capital. The fresh capital will be directed towards expanding the company team, growing its international network and advancing research and development initiatives. Founded in 2013, the firm provides compliance and investigative solutions to help traditional financial institutions and crypto businesses navigate digital assets securely.
