Elite Dynamics provides proprietary software solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform for the holiday park and marina industry. Its technology helps operators manage functions ranging from maintenance and memberships to reservations and finance.
Elite Dynamics has secured a £5m seed investment from BGF to support product development and sales growth. The company has experienced strong revenue growth over the past three years and aims to triple in size by 2026.
Founded in 2015, the North West business provides digital transformation tools for holiday parks and marinas. The fresh capital will be directed towards advancing its proprietary software and expanding its market reach.
BGF led the transaction, which also sees Martin Moran join the board as non-executive chair.

Investor perspective
"Elite Dynamics has established itself as an innovative and respected player in the parks and marina industry – created to disrupt a market saturated by archaic technology and systems. By combining the team’s intimate knowledge of how the market works, with technical expertise, Elite Dynamics is helping park operators to simplify processes, while helping to boost their bottom line. It’s an extremely attractive proposition."
