Dxcover secures £5m Series A funding led by Eos Advisory to advance cancer diagnostics

Eos Advisory led the Series A round alongside new and existing backers to fund international expansion and commercialisation.

Dxcover is a clinical stage diagnostics company developing multiomic spectral analysis technology for the early detection of solid tumor cancers.

Dxcover has secured £5m in a Series A funding round led by Eos Advisory, with participation from Macmillan Cancer Support, Maven Capital Partners, SIS Ventures, University of Strathclyde, and Norcliffe Capital. The capital will be deployed to advance proprietary technologies, scale operations, expand into international markets, and drive commercialisation in the UK, Europe, and the United States, where a new headquarters is being established in Nashville.

The financing brings the total raised by the Glasgow-based company to £17.2m since spinning out from the University of Strathclyde in 2019. The latest injection of funds aims to accelerate the deployment of its artificial intelligence platform for early solid tumor detection and liquid biopsy tests.
