Dwelly secures £69m in debt and equity funding led by General Catalyst to expand its rental marketplace.

General Catalyst led the equity portion of the £69m investment, which also features a debt facility from Trinity Capital.

Dwelly is a UK property management platform that acquires and digitises independent letting agencies, streamlining operations through artificial intelligence. The firm uses its proprietary operating system to automate administrative tasks and standardise service quality across its portfolio.

Dwelly has secured £69m in a combined debt and equity financing round to accelerate its acquisition strategy across the UK. General Catalyst led the equity portion of the raise, which totaled £32m, with additional backing from Begin Capital and S16VC. Trinity Capital provided a separate £37m debt facility to support the company. The capital will be deployed to drive further mergers and acquisitions within the property management sector.
