Dwelly is a property services firm that acquires British letting agencies and integrates artificial intelligence to manage their daily operations.

Dwelly has secured $170m in Series B funding from EQT Growth and General Catalyst to scale its artificial intelligence platform and accelerate agency acquisitions across the United Kingdom. The financing comprises $95m in equity alongside a $75m debt facility provided by Trinity Capital.

Participation in the equity raise came from a broad group of investors including s16vc, Begin Capital, DVC, and KKR partner Philipp Freise, alongside prominent technology figures. The company plans to deploy the capital to expand its workforce, acquire further letting agencies, and develop new financial products for landlords and tenants.

The London-based enterprise currently oversees 15,000 properties, utilising automation to increase the operational capacity of individual property managers. Founded in 2023 by former Uber and Gett executives, the firm intends to continue consolidating the fragmented British lettings market.
