Duffel builds software infrastructure for the travel industry to modernise how agents and operators connect with providers. The London based firm is preparing for its public launch.
Travel technology firm Duffel has raised £17m in Series A funding led by Benchmark. The round also drew participation from Blossom Capital and existing backer Index Ventures.
The fresh capital will be directed towards expanding the engineering team in London ahead of the company s public launch this autumn.
Duffel is developing a platform designed to simplify and cheapen the booking process for travel agents and tour operators by replacing legacy systems with modern infrastructure.
