YFM Equity Partners led a £10m investment into healthtech company DrDoctor to scale its patient engagement platform.
DrDoctor provides digital care solutions that link patients and clinicians to improve appointment management across the NHS. The platform helps healthcare providers increase efficiency and reduce backlogs through online booking and waitlist tools.
DrDoctor has secured a £10m funding round led by YFM Equity Partners, with participation from Ananda Impact Ventures and 24 Haymarket. The capital will be directed towards expanding sales and development teams, investing further in the core product, and scaling operations across the NHS.
The healthtech company currently manages a significant share of NHS outpatient appointments through its digital engagement platform. By facilitating patient-led booking and waitlist management, the firm aims to alleviate administrative burdens and improve healthcare accessibility.
