Dr Fertility raises £1m in a seed round from Praetura Ventures to expand its digital health platform.

Dr Fertility operates a digital health platform that provides authoritative advice, products, and consultancy to support individuals on their fertility journeys. The company was founded to address the lack of reliable central guidance for fertility and infertility issues.
Dr Fertility has secured £1m in a seed funding round led by Praetura Ventures. The capital will be deployed to expand the team through key hires and undertake technological upgrades, turning the business into a comprehensive digital health platform. The investment marks the inaugural deployment from Praetura Ventures and its maiden EIS fund.
Established in 2018, the startup aims to address the information gap faced by couples experiencing fertility challenges. Alongside financial backing, Praetura Ventures will provide strategic support for recruitment, cash management, and digital marketing as the company scales.
