Digital Debt Capital Markets has secured £4.3m in a seed follow-on financing round led by Lord Spencer's private investment vehicle IPGL, with participation from individual investors and family offices. The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the team through targeted hiring across marketing, user support, and software engineering. The raise follows the company's initial £2.5m seed funding closed in September 2019 and comes as the firm completes initial software development and beta testing for its bond market platform.
