Digital Debt Capital Markets has secured £2.5m in a seed funding round from a group of individuals and family offices, including financial technology specialist Michael Spencer. The company is developing its agora software to modernise communication and processes across the international bond markets, replacing manual spreadsheets and fragmented channels with an integrated digital platform. The new capital will be directed towards product development and expanding the team as the firm prepares for broader market adoption.
