Elsewhere Partners led the Series A round, which will fund US market expansion and product development.
Deskpro develops adaptable help desk software that helps organisations manage customer support and internal IT service management. The platform offers flexible deployment options across cloud, private cloud and on-premise environments.
Deskpro has secured £19.7m in a Series A funding round led by Elsewhere Partners to accelerate market expansion and scale its operations. The capital will be deployed to strengthen customer experience capabilities, advance AI-powered help desk features and drive commercial growth, particularly in the United States. Alongside the financing, the company appointed software veteran Brad Murdoch as chief executive and established a new global headquarters in Texas.
