Desana raises £2.9m in seed funding led by PropTech 1 Ventures to expand its workspace platform.
The oversubscribed round included participation from BGF and Techstart Ventures.
Desana provides a global hybrid workspace platform that allows employers to manage flexible working and access on demand desks in over sixty countries. The company helps organisations consolidate fixed real estate commitments and reduce overheads.
Desana has secured £2.9m in a seed funding round to support its international expansion and recruitment efforts. The investment was led by PropTech 1 Ventures alongside BGF, Techstart Ventures, GroundBreak Ventures, and the Accel Scout programme.
The platform addresses the operational complexities of hybrid workforces by granting employees access to a vast network of flexible workspace operators. Employers receive a consolidated monthly invoice regardless of geographic location or currency usage, simplifying administration for distributed teams.
Following rapid growth across forty countries, the company intends to direct the new capital toward hiring key personnel in the United States and Asia. Management is also preparing for subsequent funding rounds as demand from major corporations continues to rise.
