Demand Logic secures a pre-Series-A investment round led by Ashcombe to scale its building decarbonisation platform.
The funding round was led by Ashcombe with backing from Grosvenor and PiLabs to support growth in the commercial real estate sector.
Demand Logic provides a data-driven collaboration platform designed to help commercial property managers decarbonise buildings and cut energy costs. Its software uses live operational data to identify faults, reduce emissions, and resolve comfort issues.
Demand Logic has successfully secured a pre-Series-A investment round led by Ashcombe, with participation from Grosvenor and PiLabs. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate strategic partnerships within the commercial real estate sector and support the wider adoption of its building decarbonisation technology.
Alongside the funding, the prop-tech innovator has appointed industry expert Gavin Starks as its new Chair of the Board. Existing backer Grosvenor, which is also a client, plans to expand the platform's deployment across its UK property portfolio, highlighting growing market confidence in the firm's energy-saving capabilities.
