London-based marketplace DELLI has secured $6m in a seed extension round to fuel its ongoing expansion. The investment was led by existing backers Balderton and HV Capital, alongside founder and Chief Creative Officer Simon Beckerman.
The capital will be directed towards broadening the platform's product offerings, introducing improved delivery options for buyers, and launching new collaborations linking food with fashion and music.
DELLI adopts a drop model akin to streetwear brands to sell small-batch items from independent makers. The company has experienced substantial growth over the past year, increasing sales significantly while supporting independent producers in scaling their operations.
