Belfast-based software company Datactics has secured £2m in a Series A follow-on funding round. The investment was led by Par Equity and Kernel Capital, with additional participation from Clarendon Fund Managers and existing backers.
The capital will be directed towards business acceleration, including new hires for business development in London and New York, alongside dedicated staff for partnership development. The firm has seen strong growth over the past twelve months, bolstered by record revenues and new client wins across Amsterdam, New York, and London.
Stuart Harvey serves as the chief executive of the company, which continues to target strategic partnerships within the RegTech and GovTech sectors.
