Cyscale secures £2.6m in seed funding led by Notion Capital to expand its team and international presence.
The seed round was led by Notion Capital with participation from Seedcamp and GapMinder.
Cyscale is a graph based cloud security analysis start-up that provides contextual risk assessment for enterprise server infrastructure. The firm helps security teams reduce false positives and prioritise critical vulnerabilities.
Cyscale has secured £2.6m in a seed funding round led by Notion Capital. The investment will support the company as it expands its team and pursues international growth.
Participation in the round came from Seedcamp, GapMinder, Micha Hernandez van Leuffen, and David Mytton. The fresh capital follows previous backing from SeedBlink and aims to scale the firm's graph-based cloud security analysis platform.

Adjacent components such as third-party software packages used in applications, software development practices, and code repositories are all examples of risk areas in modern tech ecosystems. Most of the time, companies assess risk in each of these areas in isolation, based on skillsets in the team or available resources. The result is a fragmented security function, with no clear understanding where weaknesses lie and what their impact truly is."
