Cyacomb secures £2.3m from the Scottish National Investment Bank to expand international reach

The funding follows an initial investment in 2023 and will support international growth.

Cyacomb provides digital forensics triage tools that scan devices for harmful content to assist law enforcement agencies. Its technology speeds up investigations and helps reduce backlogs in forensic laboratories.

Digital forensics specialist Cyacomb has secured £2.3m from the Scottish National Investment Bank. The capital will be deployed to scale operations and broaden the international footprint of its device scanning technology. Alongside the funding announcement, the company appointed Maggie Titmuss MBE as its new Chair. The transaction follows a previous £4.8m investment from the same institution in 2023.
