The property fintech business has secured seed follow on funding from Loyal VC to support its growth and platform delivery.
CurveBlock is a property fintech business that uses blockchain technology to make green real estate investment accessible to everyone.
CurveBlock has secured a seed follow on investment from global venture capitalist firm Loyal VC. The Yorkshire based property fintech business has now reached eighty unique backers, combining its new institutional partner with nineteen existing angel investors.
Founder Gary Woodhead noted that the investment signals growing venture capital interest in regions outside London. Beyond financial backing, the partnership with Loyal VC grants the firm access to global expertise and a network aligned with United Nations development goals.
The capital arrives as CurveBlock prepares for platform delivery, regulatory compliance filings, and broader expansion. The company continues to fund traditional housing developments in parallel to ensure stability while public adoption of its digital platform develops.
From the founder
"This is fantastic news not just for us but for the whole Northern Powerhouse as it’s clear that venture capitalist firms are waking up to the opportunities which exist outside of the M25."
