The seed round was led by the Development Bank of Wales with backing from angel investors and Innovate UK.
Cufflink is a data privacy and cybersecurity firm based in North Wales. The company develops applications and corporate software to help individuals and organisations manage and secure personal data.
North Wales cybersecurity startup Cufflink has secured £500k in equity and grant funding to advance its data privacy technology. The seed round was led by the Development Bank of Wales alongside a syndicate of London-based angel investors, with additional grant support provided by Innovate UK in collaboration with Bangor University.
The fresh capital will be directed towards product development for the firm's consumer application and corporate software offerings, alongside team expansion at its base in the M-SParc Science Park in Anglesey.
