Crypta Labs has secured £1.5m in funding with participation from a member of Henley Business Angels. The company is developing portable quantum hardware security devices to improve encryption protocols for sensitive sectors including healthcare, transport, and critical infrastructure.
In addition to the equity funding, the firm has also received a £1m loan from Innovate UK. The capital will support the ongoing development of its quantum technology as demand for secure connected devices increases.
