London and New York based legal tech platform Crimson has secured £1.8m in seed funding. The round drew participation from Y Combinator alongside various seed funds and industry angels.
The capital will be directed towards expanding engineering, product, and customer teams, while also supporting deeper software integrations and further commercial growth in the US market.
Alongside the funding announcement, the business opened a new office in New York led by former litigator Rhick Bose. The company reports strong momentum, having recorded monthly revenue growth exceeding 30 percent through 2026.
