Cooper Software secures growth private equity investment from YFM Equity Partners to fund international expansion
YFM Equity Partners has backed the Scottish enterprise resource planning specialist from its Buyout Fund II.
Cooper Software is a Scottish enterprise resource planning specialist that provides software products, consulting services, and support. The company develops proprietary solutions and integrates major platforms like IFS and Oracle NetSuite.
Cooper Software has secured growth private equity investment from YFM Equity Partners to support its ongoing expansion. The funding will allow the business to grow its customer base, develop its product offering, and target overseas markets such as Germany.
Founded in 2005, the enterprise resource planning specialist operates across two divisions focusing on IFS integration and its proprietary ProScope SaaS product. The company employs over 70 staff and has delivered more than 1,500 enterprise solutions globally.
YFM has backed the business from its Buyout Fund II, with Andy Thomas, Laura Sisson, and Ian Waterfield managing the transaction. Steve Harrison is also joining the board of Cooper Software as part of the agreement.
