Continulus is a Glasgow based online education platform providing medical professionals with video lectures, multi-camera tutorials and podcasts. The company operates globally, partnering with medical institutions to make specialist healthcare training more accessible.
Global online medical education specialist Continulus has secured £500k in equity funding from a consortium of UK investors. The capital will be used to strengthen the management team and enhance technological capabilities to support international expansion. Graham McDonald, former Head of Global Private Equity at Aberdeen Standard Investments, led the investor group.
Founded by Dr Eoghan Colgan, the platform offers healthcare professionals digital access to conferences and lectures from leading experts. Continulus has established international partnerships, including with the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses and US-based EB Medicine. The company aims to build a worldwide network that addresses global healthcare challenges.
