Contilio secures £1.1m in a seed round led by Pi Labs to accelerate growth
Pi Labs has led a seed investment in construction analytics platform Contilio to drive expansion.
Contilio provides a 3D AI analytics platform that automatically tracks construction progress, installation quality and risks from site data. The software compares site data with building information models and schedules to deliver actionable insights.
London based construction analytics platform Contilio has secured £1.1m in a seed round led by Pi Labs. The company will use the capital to onboard new customers, advance its technology and drive international growth.
Contilio uses 3D AI technology to analyse site data from lidar scans and drones, helping contractors and developers monitor building projects and reduce waste. The funding follows a surge in global demand for automated construction progress and risk software.
