Puma Private Equity has backed the HR tech platform with a £5m follow-on investment.
Connectr operates an HR technology platform focused on mentoring, talent retention, and workplace diversity. The company partners with major employers to help candidates and staff develop professional skills.
HR technology provider Connectr has secured £5m in seed follow-on funding from Puma Private Equity. The latest investment brings Puma's total backing in the company to £8.7m.
Founded in 2011 as MyKindaFuture, the London-based company provides a proprietary mentoring platform designed to attract and retain emerging talent. The business currently partners with over 80 FTSE employers, alongside public sector initiatives such as the Department for Work and Pensions.
The new capital will be directed towards expanding the firm's work with under-represented talent and supporting career progression. Connectr intends to build upon its market position in the emerging talent sector while fostering workplace inclusivity.
