Condukt secures £7.6m from Lightspeed Venture Partners and MMC Ventures to scale compliance platform
The funding round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and MMC Ventures to accelerate expansion into financial institutions.
Condukt operates a compliance platform for financial services, employing real-time data and agentic solutions to automate know-your-business processes. The firm provides perpetual oversight capabilities to replace traditional manual checks.
Condukt has secured £7.6m in funding led jointly by Lightspeed Venture Partners and MMC Ventures, with participation from Cocoa Ventures. The capital will be deployed to accelerate expansion into traditional financial institutions, scale go-to-market operations, and hire engineering talent.
Founded by former Revolut, SumUp, and Square operators, the company provides automated compliance infrastructure that replaces static checks with continuous monitoring. The platform serves prominent fintech clients including Wise, Tide, and Mollie.
The investment arrives amid rising regulatory scrutiny and increasing compliance expenditures across the financial sector, positioning the firm to capture demand for perpetual oversight solutions.
