Conduct builds software that maps and executes changes across complex enterprise systems like SAP.
Conduct, a London-based enterprise software startup, has raised $12m in a seed funding round led by Creandum. The round also saw participation from Lucid Capital, Booom, and angel investors with backgrounds at Palantir, Google DeepMind, and SAP.
Founded by former Palantir engineers Jan Philipp Haas, Philipp Hoefer, and Henry Thompson, the company has developed an artificial intelligence platform that allows enterprises to interact directly with complex enterprise resource planning systems. Early trials with major industrial firms, including Daimler Truck and Rittal, have demonstrated significant reductions in operational expenditure and faster issue resolution.
The fresh capital will be deployed to support team expansion as the company addresses critical industry deadlines, such as upcoming enterprise software migration mandates.
From the founder
"We believe that IT should be the core growth engine of every enterprise, but today CEOs repeatedly tell us that IT is becoming a blocker to business outcomes: 3-4% of enterprise revenue is spent on system maintenance. Conduct’s AI agents drastically reduce the resource burden of software maintenance, allowing IT teams to focus on system innovation that drives revenue and productivity gains."
Jan Haas
Co-founder at Conduct
Investor perspective
"Conduct’s AI platform does exactly that. Starting with the SAP S/4HANA migration, the single most critical transformation in enterprise IT, Conduct is uniquely positioned to redefine how global leaders manage their most complex systems."
