ComplyAdvantage has secured a Series C investment of thirty eight million pounds, equivalent to fifty million US dollars, led by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. Existing backers Index Ventures and Balderton Capital also contributed to the financing. The firm intends to direct the capital toward accelerating product development and expanding its market presence across the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Operating in the financial crime detection sector, the company utilises machine learning and natural language processing to automate compliance and risk monitoring for banks, fintechs, and corporate enterprises. The latest injection brings total funding received by the firm to date to eighty eight million US dollars as demand grows for automated compliance solutions amid shifting transaction patterns.
