Cledara secures £2.5m seed investment led by Nauta Capital to scale operations

The funding round was led by Nauta Capital with participation from Anthemis.

Cledara provides a software management platform that helps growing organisations oversee and control their SaaS subscriptions and payments. The business operates internationally with offices in London, Barcelona, and Denver.

Cledara has secured £2.5m in seed funding to accelerate its product development and international expansion. The investment round was led by Nauta Capital, with continued participation from existing backer Anthemis. The fresh capital arrives as the company experiences rapid revenue growth driven by increased corporate demand for remote subscription management tools.

The London-based software startup currently serves over one hundred technology and fintech customers, helping them reduce software expenditure and administrative overhead. With the new backing, the firm intends to scale its operations further across Europe following a period of heightened adoption during the pandemic.
