Clara is a legal operating system designed to help founders organise, manage, and scale their businesses through digital tools.

Clara has secured £1.6m in seed funding to expand its technology capabilities and support international growth. The investment was backed by Techstars, 500 Startups, and several regional investors. The capital will be used to scale the product development, design, and content creation teams.

The London-based legal tech startup automates routine legal tasks such as cap table creation and agreement drafting. It also offers portfolio management tools for venture capital funds and accelerators. A public release of the platform is scheduled for October.
