London-based customer analytics platform Chattermill has secured $8m in Series A funding. The round was led by DN Capital, with participation from Ventech, btov Partners, and Silicon Valley Bank, alongside angel investors including Matt Price and Nilan Peiris. Existing backers Entrepreneur First, Avonmore Developments, and 2be.lu also contributed to the raise.
The capital will support the continued development and scaling of Chattermill's machine learning technology, which helps high-growth businesses analyse customer feedback and drive growth. The platform counts companies such as Uber, Deliveroo, and HelloFresh among its users.
Participants in the round highlighted the practical value of the platform, noting its ability to surface deep operational insights. The latest injection follows Chattermill's origins in the Entrepreneur First builder programme.
