Circular economy start-up CauliBox has secured £250k in a seed funding round led by SFC Capital. The fresh capital will be directed towards enhancing the firm's tracking technology and refining the user experience for its digital container reuse scheme.
The company operates the United Kingdom's first tech-enabled reusable packaging system, allowing users to earn rewards via an app while eliminating single-use waste. CauliBox has previously deployed its solution across various London food markets and maintains partnerships with public sector organisations including Westminster City Council and the London School of Economics.
