Edinburgh based life sciences company Carcinotech has raised £1.6m in new funding to accelerate its commercialisation and international expansion. The round was led by TRICAPITAL, with participation from Eos Advisory, SIS Ventures, Gabriel Investments, Alba Equity, and Scottish Enterprise.
The capital will support the company as it builds international partnerships across Europe and North America over the coming year. Carcinotech develops 3D printed tumour models using patient specific cells to assist with drug discovery and pre clinical testing.
