The seed round was led by Silicon Valley-based cybersecurity investor Ten Eleven Ventures.
Cado Security provides a cloud forensics and incident response platform designed to automate data capture and investigation across cloud environments. The company helps security teams manage increasing digital risks by speeding up response times.
Cado Security has secured £1.2m in seed financing from cybersecurity specialist Ten Eleven Ventures. The fresh capital will be directed towards expanding the firm's engineering team in the United Kingdom.
The funding arrives as organisations increasingly struggle to investigate security incidents within modern cloud and container architectures using legacy tools. Cado Response, the company's flagship product, offers an agentless approach designed to speed up cross-platform forensic analysis.
Founders James Campbell and Christopher Doman established the business to address these technical hurdles. The latest backing from Ten Eleven Ventures will support the broader rollout of their technology to international markets.
