Bricklane raises £4.7m in Series A funding to scale property investment platform
The Series A round was led by A/O Proptech and DMG Ventures with backing from several venture firms.
Bricklane is a property investment platform that allows individuals and institutions to access the residential housing market through diversified portfolios.
Bricklane has secured £4.7m in a Series A financing round led by A/O Proptech and DMG Ventures. The raise also drew participation from LocalGlobe, Form Ventures and Clocktower Technology Ventures.
The capital will be deployed to support ongoing investment in the company's proprietary technology platform, Compass, alongside the expansion of its real estate investment solutions tailored for institutional investors and wealth managers.
The announcement coincides with the appointment of Oren Peleg as Chairman, following a period of regulatory headwinds for individual buy-to-let landlords and rising demand for professional rental stock.
