Boxx secures a seed round led by Cornerstone Partners to launch a connected fitness product.
Cornerstone Partners has led a seed investment into fitness platform Boxx to expand content and staff.
Boxx operates a fitness studio and digital platform offering workouts across boxing, HIIT, strength, and yoga.
Boxx has secured seed funding led by Cornerstone Partners, alongside participation from several angel investors. The capital will be deployed to accelerate the company content strategy, expand the team, and launch a connected fitness product.
Founded in 2016, Boxx combines physical studio sessions with online classes designed to accommodate varied schedules and fitness levels. The latest investment will support the development of new offerings as the business scales its operations.
From the founder
"At Boxx, accessibility is one of the core values that underpin our brand. From the initial conversation with Cornerstone, not only did they understand our vision but their commitment to back underrepresented founders and their shared values was something that really stood out for us. In addition to Cornerstone, we have a number of other angels participating in this round, who bring value in a multiple of ways. Together we believe this will help us deliver on our mission to create a connected fitness product that makes boxing inspired fitness accessible to all. We are extremely excited to see what the future holds."

Investor perspective
"We are delighted to be working with Anna, Bryan, Tyrone and the wider team to support Boxx’s growth plans. Their mission to make boxing accessible to everyone with their content led strategy and launch of innovative products and services provides a unique opportunity to disrupt the popular UK boxing industry. We look forward to supporting Boxx over the coming years and working with the other angel investors who participated in this round."
