Bourn secures £1.5m in seed funding led by Haatch to expand its financial technology platform
The seed round was led by Haatch with participation from specialist funds and private investors.
Bourn is a London-based fintech providing an embedded working capital solution designed as a modern alternative to the business overdraft. Its platform integrates payments and real-time financing into existing financial workflows for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Bourn has secured £1.5m in a seed funding round led by Haatch. The capital injection also drew participation from Love Ventures, Portfolio Ventures, Aperture, and several private investors. The company will direct the proceeds towards product development, technological innovation, and market entry as it expands its footprint across the UK.
