Boson Protocol secures £270k seed follow on funding from angel investors and Outlier Ventures partners to support operational growth.
The oversubscribed round was backed by angel investors and eight partners at Outlier Ventures.
Boson Protocol is building decentralised infrastructure to connect smart contracts with real world commerce. The project uses NFTs and game theory to enable trustless exchange between digital assets and physical goods.
Boson Protocol has secured £270k in a seed follow on SAFE funding round. The oversubscribed raise drew backing from eight partners at Outlier Ventures, alongside angel investors including Trent McConaghy and Po Tang.
The capital will be directed towards operational expenses, growing the headcount, delivering prototype pilots for launch customers, and expanding community reach.
From the founder
"Our vision is for Boson Protocol to become the basic plumbing for commerce and its data on the emerging decentralized web, where the value captured is distributed equitably between token holders and protected from capture by a single centralized entity. This is a milestone moment for us and we are thrilled to have the confidence and support of this immensely talented, knowledgeable, and experienced group of people. We look forward to making our vision a reality."
