Bond180 secures seed follow-on funding from Cambridge Enterprise
Cambridge Enterprise backed the primary fixed income technology provider in its latest funding round.
Bond180 builds digital technology solutions to improve primary fixed income markets for institutional participants. The platform offers tools for demand management, reverse enquiries, and digital asset issuance.
Bond180 has secured seed follow-on funding from Cambridge Enterprise, alongside support from strategic angels, venture investors, and technology partners. The capital will support the ongoing development of the company's digital platform, which provides demand management, enquiry matching, and asset administration services for primary fixed income markets.
The firm partners with enterprise technology providers such as R3 to deliver its services on the Corda platform. Having previously worked with accelerators like Outlier Ventures and F10, Bond180 continues to expand its presence across the financial technology ecosystem.

Investor perspective
"B2B fintech is an area of significant growth as incumbent businesses are increasingly forced to adapt and innovate, accelerated by the current environment. We believe fintech can flourish in the Cambridge technology ecosystem, particularly given the presence of the world-class Cambridge Judge Business School and Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance. We’re eager to back a diverse and multi-faceted team and we remain impressed with the significant progress the team has made on their product, technology, and overall value proposition as they develop a transformational solution for investment businesses. We are delighted to back them again with a follow-on investment."
