Bleap raises £4.3m in a seed round led by Blossom Capital to expand its onchain financial platform
Blossom Capital led the seed investment, which will fund product development and international growth.
Bleap provides a self-custodial onchain financial application that merges traditional banking convenience with blockchain settlement. The company enables users to spend, save, and trade assets globally through a single account.
Bleap has secured £4.3m in a seed round led by Blossom Capital to scale its onchain financial platform. The fresh capital will support the rollout of yield vaults, broader trading capabilities, and international expansion across Europe and Latin America.
Founded by former Revolut executives Joao Alves and Guilherme Gomes, the company provides a self-custodial account designed to remove legacy banking friction through blockchain settlement rails. The latest investment follows a pre-seed raise in late 2024 and comes as the firm pursues regulatory authorisation in Europe under the Markets in Crypto-Assets framework.
