Bite Investments has secured £18.5m in strategic growth capital from NewSpring Capital. The funding will be deployed to scale the firm technology platform, expand its workforce, and enhance global services for asset managers and investors.
The investment highlights growing demand for unified software solutions in private markets, where traditional legacy systems have long created operational friction. Bite Investments offers a modular platform called Bite Stream that consolidates investor onboarding, communications, and reporting into a single portal.
NewSpring Capital joins the firm to support its ongoing international reach and product development. The transaction marks a key step in the company efforts to automate alternative asset management workflows.
